Real Flowers Policies

 

Delivery Charges Policy:
Unlike other florist who charge a high flat delivery charges for all products. We levy dlivery charges city wise so a mumbai will have a delivery charge of Rs. 50/- only.

Substitute Policy:

We would make our best efforts to ensure that we process what you have selected however for reasons beyond our control if we are not able to deliver what you have selected we would automatically substitute flowers and others products with equivalent OR more expensive flowers.

Delivery Policy:

All products would be delivered in the first half of the day however for reasons like destination distance from main city and from our local florist we may also deliver it in second half but it would be our endeavour that
we delivery ontime, every time with a smile.

Cake & Sweet/Chocolates Policy:

We serve three kinds of cakes

All cakes/sweets/chocolate are booked a day in advance (except same day/express day delivery) but sometimes due our best of planning and efforts we may not be able to deliver your selected products so in this case we would delivery cakes/sweets/chocolate which are equivalent OR more expensive
than you have chosen.

Also, upon delivery of cake/sweets/chocolate we mandatorily request the receiver of cake/sweets/chocolate to check the cake/sweets/chocolate for its freshness, seal etc and only then accept it and immediately keep it under refrigeration. We regret to inform that we would not entertain any calls later claiming that the cake/sweets/chocolate was stale or it was dis-figured in the box. Cakes/sweets/chocolate are perishable items and we take extreme care when we deliver the same.

Important Date policy:

Important days like Valentine’s Day, Mother Day, Diwali etc we and our local partners process orders much more than usual day. It would be our endeavour to deliver same day but if local logistics and reasons beyond
our control we may delivery it a day before but after 6 pm and/or next day before 12 noon.

Same Day Delivery Policy:

Same day orders are accepted till 11 am and are processed same day by evening. Depending upon city and nature of order we may still be able to accept same day order till 4 pm also. Please email us on orders@realflowers.in and allow us to get back ASAP.

Discount Policy:

Discounts are applicable on basic products rates only. VAT and local taxes are out of our discount policy.

Real Bunches, Flowers by post:

We also delivery flowers using courier service. All flowers are specially packed and are send using courier services. This way we can delivery flowers to over 2000 cities.

General Policy:

Each successful delivery is followed by a customer care call from our office to check if items delivered are OK. Only upon a successful customer care call we send confirmation email of that particular order , so you can be certain that order has indeed been done.
